RAINBOW RF LAB END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT
Version 1.2 — 12 September 2026

Copyright © 2026 Serhii Usmanov, UT8UU. All rights reserved.

IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ THIS END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT ("Agreement") BEFORE
INSTALLING OR USING RAINBOW RF LAB. BY INSTALLING, COPYING, OR USING THE
SOFTWARE, YOU ACCEPT THIS AGREEMENT. IF YOU DO NOT ACCEPT IT, DO NOT INSTALL
OR USE THE SOFTWARE.

1. Software and ownership

"Rainbow RF Lab application" means the Rainbow RF Lab desktop shell and any
RRF module expressly distributed by the copyright holder as part of it.
"Software" means the object-code Rainbow RF Lab application identified by a
distribution package and the documentation supplied with it. The Software is
proprietary. The copyright holder retains all title, copyright, and other
intellectual property rights in the Software. This Agreement licenses use of
object-code copies; it does not sell the Software and does not grant a license
to proprietary Rainbow RF Lab source code.

Third-party components supplied with the Software are excluded from the
definition of proprietary Rainbow RF Lab code to the extent that their own
license terms apply. Those terms and notices are supplied with the Software
and take precedence over conflicting restrictions in this Agreement for those
components.

2. License grant

Subject to this Agreement, the copyright holder grants you a limited,
non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the
object-code version of the Software on devices you control for personal or
internal business purposes. Features designated as free may be used without
payment. Features designated as paid require a valid entitlement obtained
from the copyright holder or an authorized provider and may be subject to
additional purchase, subscription, duration, device, or account terms
disclosed when the entitlement is obtained.

3. Restrictions

Except where this Agreement, mandatory law, or an applicable third-party
license expressly permits it, you may not:

a. distribute, sell, rent, lease, sublicense, publish, or commercially host
   the Software or an entitlement to it;
b. copy the Software except for installation and reasonable backup purposes;
c. modify, translate, adapt, or create derivative works of proprietary
   Rainbow RF Lab code;
d. bypass or interfere with entitlement, activation, access-control, or
   feature-control mechanisms; or
e. reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble proprietary Rainbow RF Lab
   code.

The final restriction does not apply where such activity is expressly
permitted by mandatory law. It also does not restrict any right granted for a
third-party component.

4. Free and paid functionality

The availability and scope of free or paid features may differ between
Rainbow RF Lab versions and RRF modules. Purchasing an entitlement grants
access only under the terms stated for that entitlement; it does not transfer
ownership, disclose source code, or grant redistribution rights. Nothing in
this Agreement promises that a particular paid offering, price, or
subscription model will remain available indefinitely. Rights already
purchased remain subject to the purchase terms that accompanied them and
applicable consumer law.

5. User projects and privacy

You retain your rights in projects, measurements, snapshots, profiles,
calibration data, and other content you create with the Software. This
Agreement does not grant the copyright holder ownership of that content.
Rainbow RF Lab is designed for offline operation. Any future network service
or data collection is subject to a separate, clearly presented privacy notice
and consent where required.

6. Updates and support

Updates, maintenance, and support may be offered separately and are not
guaranteed by this Agreement. An update may replace a prior version and may
require acceptance of updated terms. The Software does not require an
automatic updater as a condition of ordinary offline use.

7. Disclaimer of warranty

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED
"AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS,
IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR
A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, OR RELIABILITY. THE
SOFTWARE IS AN ENGINEERING AID. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR REVIEWING INPUTS,
ASSUMPTIONS, CALIBRATION, CALCULATION AND MEASUREMENT LIMITATIONS, RF SAFETY,
REGULATORY REQUIREMENTS, AND THE SUITABILITY OF RESULTS BEFORE CONSTRUCTION,
INSTALLATION, TRANSMISSION, OR OPERATION.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so the
exclusions apply only to the extent permitted in your jurisdiction.

8. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE COPYRIGHT HOLDER WILL
NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, OR
CONSEQUENTIAL LOSS, OR FOR LOSS OF DATA, REVENUE, PROFITS, BUSINESS, OR USE,
ARISING FROM THE SOFTWARE OR THIS AGREEMENT, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE
POSSIBILITY. ANY AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR A PAID ENTITLEMENT WILL NOT EXCEED
THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THAT ENTITLEMENT DURING THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE
EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM. NOTHING EXCLUDES LIABILITY THAT CANNOT
LEGALLY BE EXCLUDED.

9. Termination

This Agreement remains effective until terminated. Your license terminates if
you materially breach it and do not cure the breach where applicable law
requires an opportunity to cure. On termination, you must stop using and
delete proprietary Software copies, except for copies retained where
mandatory law permits. Third-party license rights survive according to their
own terms.

10. General terms

If a provision is unenforceable, it will be limited to the minimum extent
necessary and the remaining provisions remain effective. Failure to enforce a
provision is not a waiver. This Agreement and the purchase terms accompanying
a paid entitlement form the agreement for proprietary Rainbow RF Lab
licensing, subject to mandatory rights under applicable law.

11. Contact

Copyright and licensing requests may be submitted to Serhii Usmanov, UT8UU,
through the official Rainbow RF Lab distribution or support channel from
which the Software was obtained.
